Sealed Tenders are invited to develop Mobile Apps software for Product and services information system, consumer enquiry & complaint handling and management system, and integration with the existing CRM deployed at the NCH Call Centre. The software should be platform neutral to be compatible with Android, I Phone / I Pad, Blackberry and Windows mobiles for smart phones and Tablet based mobile.
The module of the Mobile Apps software which is to be developed includes:
a) Product and services information system.
b) Consumer enquiry & complaint handling and management system.
c) Integration of all the above with the existing CRM deployed at NCH Call Centre.
More details are mentioned in the scope of work (Annexure-I).
The Technical and Financial quotes are required to be submitted in the format Annexure- II and Annexure-III.
Schedule of Requirements
Software development companies are required to submit the bid as follows:-
- Technical bid along with EMD consisting of all technical details alongwith financial terms and conditions as per Annexure - II and
- Financial bid indicating item-wise price for the items mentioned in the technical bid as per Annexure - III.
The technical bid and the financial bid should be sealed by the bidder in separate covers duly superscribed
"Mobile Apps Software Development – NCH - Technical" and "Mobile
Apps Software Development – NCH- Financial". Both the sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly superscribed in bold "Quotation for developing mobile application software - NCH" and should reach the office of the
Project Manager, National Consumer Helpline, Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 by 4.00 p.m. on or before 10th December, 2012
